CAR Unified Project

Honoring Home, Community & Country by presenting projects & programs that involve the Seven State Garden Clubs in the Central Atlantic Region.

Home is sharing ones own garden and growing native plants and vegetables along with the native shrubs of the area.

Community is the garden clubs inviting their individual communities to take part in the local area parks, community vegetable gardens and presenting garden club as an involved member of the community where they reside. We are developing a state by state booklet on the area Arboretum & Horticulture Centers.

The Country part of the program has a new project called "Trail of Blue Stars" where the committee is developing a map of where the Blue Star Markers are at present and then the addition of many more along the trail. We hope to bring an awareness to all our nations service personnel.
